We ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Ireland, Island, Italy, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping within Germany is charged with shipping costs of 5,00 EUR per order.
For shipments abroad the following flat-rate shipping costs are charged for each order:
Great Britain 10,00€
Czech Republic 10,00€
Please note that in case of cross-border shipping, further taxes (such as for example in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or expenses, such as in the form of customs duties may occur and have to be covered by you.

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment methods, as long as nothing else is stated in the respective product presentation of the offer:
– credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
– prepayment by bank transfer (please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org)
FOR DELIVERIES ABROAD WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS, AS LONG AS NOTHING ELSE IS STATED IN THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCT PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER:

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Within Germany, the shipping time accounts for maximum 3 workdays. In case it would take longer, you will be notified immediately after your order and have the option to cancel it. International delivery times account for about 5-10 workdays.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You can contact us anytime over our email email@example.com or through our Contact Form. We will get back to you as soon as possible and help you with your order.
FOR HOW LONG CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
In case you would like to return ordered articles, you may easily and conveniently send these back to us within the first 14 days upon reception of your order.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
For shipments within Germany, a DHL return sticker and returns form are enclosed with your packet. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
For returns from other EU countries, please use the link that you have received after your order per e-mail. With the help of this link you may print your DHL sticker yourself. Please glue the sticker well visible on your box and return it at any DHL shop or post office branch.
Please do always enclose the filled-in returns form with any return. We solely accept articles that have been purchased in our www.supervisionlab.co online shop.
Articles that have been purchased with a trade partner need to be returned to this partner directly. Please do keep the posting receipt, because only this serves as evidence of your return.
Once we have approved your return, the balance will be credited within a few days’ time (in exceptional cases this can take up to 14 days).
You will receive the money via the same method that you have used for your payment.
We do only accept returned goods that are in impeccable condition and have been worn only for the purpose of fitting.
All original labels have to remain attached to the goods, and a filled-in returns form has to be enclosed.
In case the goods are not in impeccable condition and/or worn, we reserve the right to levy a value replacement.
