Talking about sustainability is one thing, but documenting it is another. We work with certifiable producers as a key element in the creation of our garments to ensure they are as sustainable as possible and adhere to our core values. That's why we use materials like GOTS certified organic cotton and GRS recycled polyester. We also use Tencel from Lenzing, a certified textile made from trees grown on farms, as well as Coolmax® and Oeko-tex, technical and ecological materials, in our lining. We utilize forward-thinking materials in our bi-stretch denim cycling jeans, wicking baselayers and undergarments, and essentially every item of sustainable streetwear for urban cycling that we make.

BLUESIGN®

The bluesign® system is the approach for more sustainable textile production. It eliminates harmful chemical substances right from the beginning of the manufacturing process and sets and controls standards for an environmentally friendly and safe production. Our partner mills Paltex, Everest, Prosperity and One Chang are all bluesign® certified.

FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION

Marian, co-founder of Super Vision, is also co-founder of DAWN and his factory Evolution is cooperating with the Fair Wear Foundation. The Fair Wear initiative is working to improve workplace conditions in the garment and textile industries and helping us to provide us new tools and methodologies in this field.Nevertheless, we are creating our own social standards, considering various cultural and social differences. We´ve even made an artsy film about it, we call it Love Affair.

GRS

For the Global Recycling Standard, we request a minimum proof and certification from our mills.According to GRS the content of recycled materials in a final product can be tracked and verified. All our recycled materials are GRS-certified.

GOTS

The textile we use for FRAME t-shirt is a mix of breathable GRS polyester mesh bonded with GOTS certified organic cotton yarn.(According to GOTS, we are not allowed to claim the product itself as GOTS because our sewing facility, nor the fabric mill are GOTS certified. However, we do not use any chemicals within our factory or lab and our social standards are most likely higher than anywhere else, so we could apply for GOTS in the future. One step at a time.)
